Education in Chapter
make it interesting
it does not have to be masonic
make it relevant
A Strategy for the progression of Officers
be flexible
understand the duties and responsibilities of each chair
involved and committed
Excellence
This is an ongoing commitment that evolves over a period of time.
Start by undertaking to have excellence in the Leadership of your chapter
Do the WORK well
Do the DEGREES well
Do the FESTIVE Board well
Because when you Lead with excellence, you lead by example
