A cheque presentation to The White Bull Cafe Backpack Drive in Drayton Valley.
Bro James Stovin, WM master for Drayton Lodge and MMM in Edson Chapter, put a request in to me as the 1st principal of Edson Chapter and I forwarded it to the Youth Endowment Fund board last month and it was approved. We did the presentation with some of the guys from Drayton Lodge prior to Drayton’s Fellowcraft Degree. Drayton Valley Lodge also raised a little over $500 within their lodge for this cause. Sammy, the owner of the Cafe and guy behind this cause, was ecstatic and all smile as you can see.
They have 591 kids already signed up to receive a backpack full of supplies for the new year.
